Judging from the "Rate the Bat-Books" thread, alot of the Bat-fans are disgruntled by lackluster creative teams on the titles. So, who would you put on each of the Bat-books to give them another rise to prominence?
Personally, I may be the minority, but I am loving Winick & Mahnke on Batman, Miller & Lee on All Star Batman & Robin, and am absolutely engaged by Loeb, McGuinness, Pacheco, & Co's run on Superman/Batman. The rest of them I would like to see a change.

Not bad at all!
I doubt I would put Morrisn on a Batbook... he's better at the surreal or the HUGE MEGA BOOKS like JLA.
And I'd leave Gail on Birds of Prey and get Benes back... or haul Adam Hughes, Terry Dodson or Frank Cho to do art! :D

Ah...but that's EXACTLY why I'd put him on BATMAN - the place for superheroic dark knight action! Stepping into the sci-fi closet, Alfred, and check if the factory has added the cloaking devices I asked for on the saucer...
I've heard for a while that Byrne and Stern have dreamed of doing a monthly bat-book, with single issue stories, where he solves mysteries every issue, real deep bat-detective stuff, like "Many Deaths of the Batman." So they were easy to throw in.

Oh heck, just give a Bats title---any darned one of them---to Johns, and let the boy run with it!
*now bends over and awaits his proverbial fanboy spanking... :D *
