Sean Garrison? I was just sitting here and that thought came into my head.
Any thoughts or speculation on this?

Seeing as the person who created Stacy X is completely different and wasn't working on the X-books at the time Sean Garrison was created and that they've never appeared in the same book at even different times and have next to NOTHING to do with each other, I'd say no.

I know that, but whose to say another writer wouldnt come on board and make the connetion.

So they have similar powers. Lots of mutants do. There are also quite a few related mutants that have very different powers.

Yeah they do. I think there could be a good story there, with the right writer attached, but thats me.

Yeah, that's you. :p Stacy X is quite a bit more interesting than Garrison or his daughter, and I'd rather not have her associated with either one. Besides, aren't the Guthries and the Summers enough for you. ;)

Well, you've also got Banshee, Tom, and Siryn, the Thunderbird Brothers, Xavier and his two psychotic siblings, the St. Croix family, the Braddocks, and Magneto, his two crazy daughters and his bitchy son.

his are emotion based hers mostly mess with the bodies chemical functions like making u horny or sick. hopefully sean garriosn and his stupid daughter laurie are immiediately they were nothing but stacy-x rip offs [in power] and should have never been allowed to see print in the first place.

Certainly not something we had intended when we created Garrison. As someone else said, a new writer could write it into backstory, but it wasn't the intention, and doesn't connect with the characters' powers.

Despite what nay-sayers have said, the powers are very different.

Stacy X has no range on her powers and affects bodily states like nausea and arousal.

Sean Garrison (and Laurie once she masters the same powers) can affect multiple targets, at range, and can completely control their emotional state, thus directing their actions in a limited form of group mind control.

He's far more powerful than Stacy X, and does dramatically different things.

The only thing they have in common is the root of their powers - pheromones.
