anything with a supernatural thread always scares me. Things like 28 Days Later I found more interesting.
Halloween is always a decent flick. Not that scary though.
For a good laugh though, Bubba HoTep can't go wrong.

If you haven't seen it, and I doubt you haven't, THE RING.
With that out of the way... How about Mothman Prophecies; Dreamcatcher's ok, but stop it before the end. the end sucks. sucks ass. the ending that wasn't picked was better, so jump to that special feature; Exorcist is always good; The Cube; Donnie Darko; Strangeland with Dee Snider.

This Halloween season, I decided to revisit some obscure cheesy stuff I could only ever watch on Saturday afternoons as a wee horror fan. On my Netflicks list are:
Summer of Fear/Stranger in our House - Directed by Wes Craven, if you can get past Linda Blair's irritating whining and special guest appearance by The Nanny, it actually builds great tension and suspense.
Invitation to Hell - another Wes Craven TV cheapie, starring Susan Lucci as Satan! hysterical!
Race With the Devil - Loretta Switt, Peter Fonda, bikers and a trailer trash Satan cult! How can it get any better than that?
But folks, the real holy grail, the real reason to look forward to this Halloween season is below!!!!!
