I was kinda thinking that there might be some kind of subtle similarity between the three that I might have missed.

Blossom was a TV show in the early '90's. Pretty popular.

I couldn't figure it out. Maybe there was no connection.

Great episode though. And Super Dave Osbourne was in it. That guy is on a roll!

I don't think there was supposed to be a connection. You were led to believe the dog hated black people but the ending shows that not to be true when the dog starts snarling at Rosie and not at the PI.
