Ok so I stretched the truth. I lied about doing a TNA Review. I just wanted to see how one can go and decided to let the entire show play out.

Ok , I'm a little rusty on the TNA Reviews and haven't done one proper since late 2003. Thats an eternity in wrestling.

The Good: Anytime you really sit down and introduce the wrestlers its always a good idea for the National fanbase at home. The Monty Brown , A.J Styles and 3 Live Kru promo's were good.

Now to A.J Styles vs Roderick Strong. This if TNA was a 2 hour show would go 10 to 15 minutes. On a 1 hour show its been clipped down to 5 to 10 minutes. Not to say its wrong or right but you only have so much time to do these things.

A.J Styles is annouced as the Franchise and the one TNA Is built around. Smart thinkin here because TNA has someone hugely over. Great moves by A.J and all.

Raven backstage is pissed and destroying TNA Secuirity which makes me wonder whatever happened to the Red guys. Larry Z shows up as a buzzkiller and tells them to take Raven outta the building.

The 3 Way with Shelly/Williams/Sabin stole the show. Yep...it was that damn good and went awhile. Pretty much the best match on free TV in the last few weeks since Angle/Benjimen. Great match.

I know everyone has this hate for Jeff Jarrett but come on. Admit watching him get punked by The Dudleyz and Kevin Nash was enjoyable. I loved watching him cut a promo that he was taking over with AMW and the AMW/Dudleyz fued will happen now which is something everyone wants to see !

TNA Videos on Sale everywhere October 4th !! :D

And guess what....the Dudleyz went under Bubba and Devon. I can see Ace sh-tting himself screaming: " We have to sue TNA! Thier actually got exciting tag team fueds!! "

So we already have Kevin Nash vs Jeff Jarrett and it appears Nash could win the World Title. Which I know has Gaz thrilled. I'm shocked thier going this way but I can see why. Nash has a name value and has 20 dates signed so they could make him carry the Title til Spring if they stretch it out.

The Bad: Someone call Jeff Hardy and TNA and tell them its not working. Hardy is working a lot better but granted he'll never truelly revover from the horrid crap he went thru WWE wise. But his fans are telling him something else.

Other than 1 girl screaming she wanted to have his children ( really...you wanna have Jeff Hardy's kid ? Tell me thats not a f-cked up society where a dude in day go green body paint has women yellin that.) there were no fans. In fact they turned and went Rhino at times.

I always said a Jeff Hardy heel turn could do wonders for Jeff Hardy. Its just gettin him to drop his current drunken high on drugs rave gimmick that will be hard.

Monty Brown had a short match. Still can't make me care sad to say.

Ohhh christ is this sad to see. Shane Douglas goes to question Larry Zbysko and Tito Ortiz shows up. Larry cuts Shane off and does a lame joke makin Douglas look sad. This wouldn't be so f-cking stupied if you don't realize who Douglas was at one time.

Guy woulda smacked Larry Z so far across that table its not funny! Heres a proposal to TNA ...book Shane Douglas as a bad ass heel. He should be up there with Jarrett being the mastermind behind all this. Not conducting backstage sh-t interviews. Waste of an on-air guy.

Overall: ***1/2 Outta 5. The matches and overall promo's at the end was good. What a way to close a show! Nash and the Dudleyz kill Jarrett and AMW ! F-ckin good.

But the problems with Douglas not being used right and the fact they keep Larry Z as a figurehead still turns me off. If anything the DOA should be someone who commands a presence on TV. I'm nearly ready to start a " Bring Back Russo " drive if I see Zybesko on my TV anymore.

Well I miss most of it due to the fact that I was at my 20th high school reunion. I turn it on right when 3 Live Kru did thier run in. I relly like the back of The Dud... opps I mean Team 3d tee shrits. This wouldn't be so f-cking stupied if you don't realize who Douglas was at one time. Which Shane Douglas would that be the UWF Rookie Sensation, Johnny Ace's tag team partner in "The Dynamic Dudes", or Dean Douglas.

Wait a minute I remember him for one more thing. He was the guy who had Torrie Wilson but couldn't preform.

i think he means former ecw champ and leader of the tripple threat, but you bring up some funny moments from shanes past. shanes fine doing what he's doing, would i like to see him in jjj spot?? yes, but shane doesn't want to wrestle anymore on a regular basis. i'm also loving the dudleys shirts "trademark this" awesome. i believe bubba went by "brother" ray not brother ray.

Wasn't it that little wrestling outfit in Phily? What I listed is how I remember him and that's probably how most casual fans remember him if at all. Let's put this way what are casual fans most likey to remember the rough-and-tumble go toe to to with the Road Warriors anti-american The Sheepherders or the loveable goofy got that arm swinging thing going on The Bushwhackers. As for those moments being funny the last one I put down should be one of the most embarrassment ponts in his career. I mean it did lead to the second dumbest pole match in hisory.

you'd be surprised how many people were fans of ecw, and remember what douglas did for that company, you call it a small outfit out of philly but it was known as one of the "big 3" in wrestling as for embarassing moments, come on, it was part of a stupid storyline, the writers should be embarassed, shane was just doing his job.

I didn't get to watch this yet but I had it on in the background while I was working on the computer. But does Monty Brown think he's The Rock? He was somewhat copying Rock mannerisms and such and I thought, "dude, you can't force charisma."

Also, why would he start his introduction with a part of a song that's about Vikings? I thought he was a warrior from the African savannah!? Silly Monty, buy a globe.

montys very good on the mic imo, i almost never see him stumble stammer or studder on the mic. i don't see the connection between him and the rock xcept for refering to himself in the 3rd person, he's totally into his character the "alpha male" hence the cheetah skins and constant sniffing around.

Some of my statements come from general lack of knowledge about his character. If I knew if was sniffing, I wouldn't have thought he was doing the same type of head movements as Rock would do when he'd be listening to The People. Thanks for clearing that up. No, he seemed really solid on the mic, which is great, because not everybody can do that well.

And I am looking forward to sitting down and watching this entire show. Probably won't happen until Monday or Tuesday though. I love my DVR :D

i xpect the show will pick up once all the characters are introduced, like a good comic.
