Ok, suppose that the following movies that were recently made, were made in the past. You can choose 5, 10, 20, 40, and, dare I say it, 80 years ago. How would it look?

-The Harry Potter films
-The Matrix films
-Lord Of The Rings films
-The Spider-Man films
-The X-Men films

and anything else you want to add.

Although it would be near impossible to do, I would love to see early hollywood do Lord of the Rings.

Harry Potter in the 60s, no special effects, so Quidditch is out, the basilisk and Fluffy will be claymation, the werewolf is just the actor playing Lupin with fake fur over him. Hogwarts will be bright and colorful instead of the drab grey it mostly is, and there will be musical numbers.

Fortunately, its not my computer I'm viewing this on, which saves me the trouble of having to challenge you to a duel to defend my comp's honour. ;)

I think they could have done Red Eye in the 70's or 80's. Except I bet the terrorist would have been a communist.

The Lord of the Rings done in the 1920s. It's black and white, silent, and lasts less than half an hour.
