Do Dani and Kitty still have their SHIELD connections?

Just something I was curious about. I'm pretty sure Dani doesn't (it's been awhile since I've pulled out JFM's X-Force run, I'm sure the answer is there), since at the very least when those government guys showed up she could have protected Kevin with a "Sorry, he's already in SHIELD custody", flashed a badge, and showed the agents on their way, and Kitty I just have no idea about.

Kitty's participation with SHIELD was just for the length of the mini. She could call up Nick Fury and he might listen or help as a favor, but she has no official standing.

Dani was actually an agent, and may have more connections.

Dani is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. right now (New X-Men: Academy X 16-19). I'm sure she still has connections ;)

Wolverine and Forge have more connections, so if the X-men ever need a favor, those are the two to show up and ask Nick.
