Is Sabertooth dead??? (In Movies)

In the movies, Sabertooth took a bad beating in the first X-Men, but was that enough to kill him, sure didn't look like it. He was absent in the secound, but will he appear int the next?

Doubtful. I'm betting, if the movie isn't set in the past, that he'll show up in the Wolverine solo movie(s).

Sabertooth is in the comic that takes place between the end of X1 and the start of X2. Don't know if that means anything for the movies though.

I'm guessing he's dead in the movie. And from looking at the set pictures and info on X3 he's nowhere to be found.

They badly mishandled his character in the first movie, so it's probably for the best that they aren't using him in the sequels.

The comic's just an X-men movie tie-in, the one with Hugh Jackman on the cover (there's others with Rogue, Mystique, and so on). The two of them sort of team-up to find out about their pasts, then have a falling out (iirc), setting them up at personal enemies more than the movie did.
