I was so thrilled when Terri Nunn teamed up with Sisters of Mercy for that brief run in '92...two of my all time faves together!

You Can't Get Enough Of A Good Thing - Robert Palmer

Evans Blue is The Pursuit Begins Where this Portrayel of Life Ends. Very melodic rock. The lead singers voice seems to flow into the guitars giving it a strong melodic beat. Unlike music that revolves around guitars or instrumentals - Evans Blue is more vocal focused as the melody supports the singer. I enjoyed it but I'm also a fan of their first CD ;)

Oooo...going old school back to studio album #1, eh?! Glad you're coming over to "the dark side" :evilsmile . A bit of fun for you (if you're listening to any more of that album)... The song "Logic" on it (one of my faves...I think the vocals and lyrics, including the stopping short in the refrain until later in the song...give the feeling of the desperation of an actual addict) was actually called "Amphetamine Logic" (as it's sung from the point of view of an addict wanting a hit). But the name was shortened to just "Logic" when the album was released due to censorship and the retail outlets not wanting the drug reference on it. The last-year's remastered disc release changed it back (finally!). Enjoy the rest of your listen!!! :)
