Ultimate Nightmare???

ok, so im at borders yesterday just checking out some of their graphic novels and such and I see a book called Ultimate Galactus: Ultimate Nightmare. The book was freakin amazing as it featured some of the x-men and some of the ultimates.

Does anyone know of this series as I dont know where to look for the rest of the story. The novel covered comics #1-5. If anyone does know about this comic, I would appreciate it if you could fill me in a bit on the story after comic #5. thx

It was a mini series that only ran for five issues.

Its part of a trilogy with Ultimate Secret and Ultimate Extinction though.

Sweet man thanks for the help! I have another question though, Im just starting to get back into comics again and I was wondering how you guys keep up with all this stuff. How do you know when comics are coming out and what series they are in and stuff.

I check marvel.com regularly but I find that they don't really help me keep up with things. Can someone tell of some good websites and stuff that will keep me up to date on comics. Thanks alot!

Diamond Shipping List (http://www.diamondcomics.com/shipping.asp) is far more reliable than Marvel Comics website on shipping dates. The Diamond Shipping List refers to comic book specialty store dates. The regular bookstores receive the TPB a week or two after they have shipped in the comic book specialty shops.

It will probably be a few months yet because the follow up mini-series, ULTIMATE SECRET, isn't done being published in monthly installments. In fact, the third issue comes out this Wednesday.
