Prime is the only one you need to worry about, he is better than all of them, except maybe Captain Marvel(DC).

Prime should definitely be in the Avengers.

Define 'successful'. Most likely he'd be about as successful as Hyperion or the Squadron Supreme, which is to say not terribly.

Superman has multiple comic books about him. Captain Marvel doesn't, but has been a solid part of the DC universe for ages. Majestic and Apollo are probably comparable.

I like Sentry but he's new and hasn't had that much experience.
JAM37WCC is right, you will have a better chance of seeing Prime on the Avengers than Supreme.

2. Who has the cooler costume? It's a toss up. On one hand you have an almost all white costume and on the other a yellow costume.

Superman is by far the stronger of them all. Apollo and Mr. Majestic might give him a descent fight.

I wish someone would bring Icon back.

This really doesn't answer any of the questions but in terms of power this entry from Wikipedia had an interesting bit about his powers and who he could rival.


With Marvel dubbing The Sentry as the world's most powerful superhero, and with the serum causing a photosynthetic reaction to his body, completely altering his state of consciousness, it is nonetheless conceivable that Sentry's powers are limitless, and may even rival those of the Silver Surfer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silver_Surfer)'s and Phoenix (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_%28comics%29)'s.
He has very similar powers to Gladiator (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gladiator_%28Shi%27ar%29) and the Hyperion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperion_%28comics%29), as they too were based on Superman.

Superman is the archtype for superheroes. He's the best and I think Supes would make a GREAT Avenger!
