Whats the difference and why was there a change? I know hulk isn't in it anymore and there's more then one giant man, from what i can tell, so is that the only different, not sure why they had to change the name then

Apart from the marketing reasons, the two really are different stories. The first series set up the mythology of the characters, and the second has been dealing with the struggles the team has to put up with (in-fighting, enemies in the shadows, public scrutiny, etc). It's a great series, one of the few I buy in singles and again in hardcover.
