A therapist.
That's not very nice.
In an attempt to be a tad more helpful ... all you basically need to do is type something like 'drawing tutorial' into google. There are plenty of websites that offer plenty of tips and tricks for those wishing to teach themselves how to draw.
Or, if you so wish, get a comic book or two with art that you like the style of and try copying it. Don't trace it or use grids as a copying tool, try copying by hand. Yes, your first attempts will be awful but as you practice they will get better and you'll gradually learn more about drawing. This is always a good way to practice when you don't have anything of your own to sketch.
However, don't get trapped in the thinking that you can just copy someone else's style. That way simply doesn't do you any good in the long run. While doing some copying can help you learn some of the fundamentals, sooner or later you do have to a develop a unique style of your own.
Best of luck!
