I heard someone say that some people had spotted Quicksilver in the meeting between X-Men and Avengers... where?

I re-read the book last night and I couldn't spot him or anything that suggested a speedster was there.

Any help?

There's a character who seems to have Pietro's hair style on the page where Carol, Simon, and Sam are entering the Avenger tower. He's way in the background. I'll see if I can find the original preview.

Well, we KNOW he was at the meeting...but we wouldn't have seen him. He was using his superspeed to prevent anyone from seeing him (a trick he pulled back when he was a villain as well).

No some people were suggesting that the Quicksilver talking to Magneto was a construct of Wanda.

I know we wouldn't see him but I saw some people saying he you could see him so I asked where.

Couldn't Emma or Chuck detect his presence psychically though?

The one area of HoM that I've been disappointed in has been the Quicksilver stuff. They should've either sought Pietro's input or else done something to prevent him from interfering.

If he was in and out of the room fast enough, he could be gone before they detected he was there.

I think the reason they didn't seek Pietro's input is that they knew he wouldn't like anything that they had to say (especially the suggestion of killing her) and that it would turn into a fight.
As for doing something to prevent him from interfering...what would you suggest? Aside from locking him up, how could they effectively prevent him from involving him? They didn't invite him to the meeting, but he showed up anyway.
