I should have brought this up a few weeks ago but I've been incredibly busy. The films I produced, Here Comes Dr. Tran and Roybertito's, as well as other films from Lone Sausage Productions, have been picked up for airing on cable channel G4 (the network for gamers). Dr. Tran premiered last week (sorry...) and we're doing some new shorts for the rest of the season. Beyond Grandpa 1 will be on tonight and next week, a new short which we're working on right now. I created the ridiculous new title sequence for Dr. Tran so look out for it. Roybertito's will air at the end of the season.

The show is on Wednesdays, I believe, during Happy Tree Friends and Friends. Check your local listings (if you get G4).

Hopefully our newest short will appear next week in which yours truly will make an appearance in the worst way imaginable. (How's that for a hook?)

Sweet. I...love you...too? :)

Roybertito's will also likely tour with this year's Spike & Mike's Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation, coming to a city near you.

Thanks for the support!

damn local cable doesn't have G4.

Had tech TV when I was in the Ann Arbor area, but I lost the station durring the move.

Is it going to be replayed? perhaps I can see it at a friend's house....

I wish I could see it but we gave up cable and we live in a weird no broadcast zone so we get no TV at all - which usually is fine. I really want to see Rick in his worst way - everything my imagination throws out is hilarious!

congrats Rick - great news!

Here's a hint of what some of you will be missing. I saw the whole spot last night and I may have to be relocated by the FBI to one o' them No Broadcast Zones soon:

I just heard that although G4 is available in some parts of Canada, they don't carry the Barbed Wire Biscuit show which features Happy Tree Friends and Friends. Bummer... :(

My sister and brother-in-law were in town and we were doing the whole "let us sit in front of the computer and show each other funny sites that the other may not know about" thing.

I'm showing them 'You Suck at Photoshop' . Later, they are on youtube keying up something... I walk by and I SEE YOUR FACE and I'm, "Hey! What? That was Rick Cortes... I know I just saw Rick Cortes!" For a moment I thought I was seeing things.

Of course-- it was Dr Tran. They wanted to show me this "OMG, THIS IS AN AWESOME SHOW".

So thanks to you, I think my coolness factor went up a gazillion points with my sister.

By the way, all but the latest Lone Sausage film is online on YouTube and at http://mondominishows.com/ . The newest one should be online soon.

I've gotta tell you Rick. The first Dr. Tran short you did really pissed me off. I hate it to this day.

Then I saw the Spike and Mike show during SDCC (with Maija incidentally) and I really enjoyed the insane riff on Mexican commercial ads. Pure genius.

I'm now about whether it was because the short was actually good or because I was in infected by the company of a huge crowd of folks that were really enjoying it.

I look forward to seeing this new series of yours. I'd like to know if my change of heart on Tran was a fluke or just mass hysteria.

Morna and I just dug Dr. Tran out a few nights ago after going quite some time without watching it. We experienced it with 3-D glasses for the first time.

IT WAS FUN!!

I have to tell you (real) Rick Cortes aka hellboyone: as I was oblivious to Dr. Tran, I am shocked for it being so intimidatingly good.
I quickly tubed three bits: the big but glorious one with cowboy hat, citizens etc, the hilarious one in the car vs. geese and the perfect one with the big cock kill-whispering. Great great and great voice action too.
Really  &.

First time I've heard this from you. Lucky for us, we don't hear it very often. :)

And I'm glad it continues to make the Tudor/Bolt household happy.

OMG, I'm so glad he's back, and I don't mean Dr. Tran. I wish I could have seen that in Ballroom 20 with the teeming hordes.

So, which part did you animate, Rick?

Also, I don't know how I missed the epic three-parter, but it's not loading very well on YouTube at the moment, so I'll have to try it again later.

I animated the courtroom shot. Breehn did the fancy flashbulbs since I'm not quite adept at After Effects yet.
