I just finished season 3 and am wondering whether to buy season 4 now or wait until it gets cheaper.

Has anyone bought it already?..tell us what it's like so far but warn us if theres spoilers

It's out in a few days.

4 was the best season to date, in my opinion...I've only seen a couple of episodes from Season 2, though.

My advice on buying anything that expensive is wait till its cheaper.

I've restarted my Smallville marathon with 4x19.

Yet another reminder why this show makes me grown. He sees Lana for the first time and sets a lamp on fire. Poor Chloe.

I'd actually watch a spin-off with Chloe and Lex. Chuck Clark and Lana and move on.

Season 4 was horrible. I really mean that. I can't stand the thought of paying $40 for it and watching it again. I honestly don't know whcih would be worse: losing the $40 or sitting through it again.

I'm not beinga smart ass here. I'm dead serious.

If I see it at a used CD store some day I may buy it just because I own the other three, but I don't know. I'm generally not a negative person, but last season of Smallville caused me to go on more rants than anything else I read or watched last year.

It was soooo bad I'm not even really looking forward to this next season. I'll watch it. But more out of habit than anything else. My desire to watch it is gone.

I could honestly not stand to watch Season Four, even though Smallville had been a must watch show for me previously. I almost skipped watching it entirely.

It was like every good idea they had was balanced out by an awful one.

Lana has a new boyfriend. Interesting.
Lana is a witch in her spare time. Huh?

Clark can fly! But only if he's evil. Kind of a cop-out from "No tights, no flights".

Smallville used to be frustrating at times, but this past season seemed to smack of desperation more than anything else.
