Wow, that's a tough question. The Scarface M-16 scene is great... The scene in Aliens where they're watching the Aliens approach w/ a motion detector... Neo taking off and flying in the Matrix (there are far too many cool scenes in the Matrix, Star Wars, and LotR movies, actually)... The three-way showdown in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly... Saving Private Ryan's D-Day sequence... the Psycho shower scene... Captain America resorting to pretending to be sick in order to steal a car in his movie not once but TWICE...

That Three way show down was awesome it has to be one of my fav movies ever.
My fav scene overall is when Dwight shoots through Jackie Boys head and kills that Irish prick in Sin City!!!

Michelle Yeoh and Zhang Ziyi fight in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Runner-up would be Michelle Yeoh driving a motorcycle off a ramp onto a moving train in Supercop.

Natural Born Killers--Mallory Knox asks the annoying redneck in her most coy tone, "Are you flirtin' with me?" Then, the jukebox changes albums to L7's "Shit List" and Mallory bashes the redneck with a beer bottle. The two square off, she kicks the shit out of him, and the diner massacre begins...

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring--Gandalf facing the Balraq and barring the demon's path on the bridge.

The Ring--Samara approaching the TV screen and crawling out into reality at the end.

Kill Bill, Vol. 1--The Bride slaughters the Crazy 88 in one hell of a fight.

The scene in Batman Begins where Katie Holmes is about to get mugged and Batman shows up.

Star Wars Episode 2 when Obi-Wan fights Jango Fett.

In LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring when they fight the orcs in the mountain.

In Con Air when Poe takes out the Columbian guys at Lerner air Field.

I think for me it's the scene in Predator where after Blane gets killed Mac picks up the mini-gun starts shooting and then the rest of the guys come in and start blasting for like a solid minute and you just see them taking the jungle apart.

-Train fight in SM2.

-Pretty much any and everything in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy (though they're not as "cool" as they are comical)

-The scene in Misery where Kathy Bates (is that her name?) breaks the author she's holding captive's ankles.

-The Hulk handling those Hulk dogs....though everything else about that movie I either couldn't understand or didn't like.

-The sword fight between the Spainiard and the man in black in The Princess Bride.

-Spidey swinging through the city at night in SM2...so simplistic, yet so cool.

I forgot the scene in Batman Begins where he's "flying" away from that runaway train, leaving Ra's Al Ghul to die.

Theres also the scenes with Bruce truly becoming Batman and the chase scene with the Batmobile and the Police.

The show down across the meadow with The Duke on one side and four dirt bags on the other, when ned pepper [robert Duval] shouts out to Wayne,"You think one on 4 is a dog fall?"

Wayne,"I mean to kill you in one minute Ned or see you hanged in for smith at judge parker's convenance. Which will it be?"

Duval, "I think that's Bold talk from a one eyed Fat man!"

Wayne, Taking his pistol in one hand his rifle in the other shouts out, "FILL YOU HANDS YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

Then putting the reigns in his teeth charge the four baddies who also charge guns blasting. Duke charged himself right in to an Oscar!

I have a fondness for a scene in Transformers: The Movie wherein Optimus Prime arrives at Autobot City and then single-handedly tears through the Decepticon army.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - "No Ticket."

Silence of the Lambs - Hannibal Lector's escape.

Planet of the Apes - "Damn you all to hell!"

Babe - Farmer Hogget Dances.

Being John Malcovich - The chimp works through his childhood trauma.

Sling Blade - Carl makes a sandwitch.

Blackhawk down: When the 2 (real life!) snipers Shugart and Gordon voluenteered to protect the crash site despite knowing that they would die. Awe inspiring!

Magnificent Seven: when Yul Brynner and Steve McQueen drive that hearse up Boot Hill. Everything from Yul's opening ("Oh, hell. If that's all that's holding things up, I'll drive the rig") to blowing the guns out of those rednecks' hands and driving back down.

Fistful of Dollars: Clint Eastwood tells the undertaker to get three coffins ready, then goes and tells some roughnecks to apologize to his horse. Then he kills them all and tells the undertaker "My mistake. Four coffins."

Transformers: Blitzkrieg in tank mode is about to fire on Hot Rod, when Kup arrives and moves the barrel so it hits an Insecticon instead.

Of course, all of the above movies are ALL cool scenes, so it's hard to judge.

The very end of Saw where it turns out the "dead" guy in the middle of the room was really the very much alive lunatic watching the two victims. I must have watched that scene three times when I rented it was so cool.

I also love the scene in Indiana Jones where Hitler signs Indie's book.

Kung Fu Hustle.

Just pick a scene, any scene, but I'm gonna go with the one where The Beast puts a handgun up to his head, pulls the trigger... and catches the bullet between his fingers.

"Pulp Fiction" when Mia Wallace is given the adrenalin injection. That blows me away every time I see it.

The Bank Robbery scene in "Heat". Perhaps the best shoot-out ever put on film. Very realistic. And remember to always "Watch your background" meaning innocent people when you shoot into a crowded street.

And of course...

The best damn chase scene in movies..."Bulitt".

Even though the movie as a whole was disappointing the Matrix Reloaded car chase with the ghosts jumping from car to car was pretty cool.

The opening scene in JAWS when Chrissie goes on her last swim...

The first few opening scenes from Hellraiser when Frank solves the Lament Confirguration & opens the gates to Hell; the Cenobites tear his body apart & put his shattered face together on the floor before returning to Hell...

When the female space vampire seduces the young guard to only absorb his lifeforce in Lifeforce...
