Domino Harvey, the celebrity bounty hunter died from an accidental painkiller overdose according to a coroner's report.

Lynda Carter and Estella Warren will play mother and daughter on the September 27th episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and then continue on to the next night's episode of Law & Order.

At the end her life sadly became the very thing she sought as a Bounty Hunter. She had dozens of criminal charges against her. Its a shame really...
