I enter the room.

The ice breaks away and drops to the floor below, leaving Eric somewhat exposed. He hears someone laugh loudly behind the mirror wall.

Then the ground starts to bubble, and stone flows together to form an enormous, crudely shaped hand. Each finger is as long as Eric is tall. It starts rising up, swinging this way and that way on a long, serpent-like neck. It suddenly makes a grab for the floating hero.

...So, does Erik get teleported away at the last second, Cleric? I'm confused :confused:

Erik glowered. How embarrasing. A villain with a sense of humour. What will they think of next?

Erik immediately covered his entirely body with the thin force-field (yet somehow he could breath--comic logic), then rebuilt his Magna Armour over it. That way the magician won't try any tricks inside his armour again.

He bought his hands together to hold the lever of something, and instantly a Magna Chainsaw appeared (created via ferrous materials).

"Let's go, she-b*tch!" He challenged the menacing construct and the saw started spinning.

He flew to its closest finger and slashed away at its tip.

The first one lunges at you with it's claws extended. The other one does a huge leap for Mule.

My heart stops for a second. Mule... I swell up with unimaginable rage at the were and send as much as I can at it to throw it off, and in one motion I pull out the rifle I gained earlier and shoot from the hip.

Turning, I see that the other one is coming at me, and still in a rage, I lunge at it, thrusting my hand deep into its mouth and bracing my feet against its chest, grabbing at its tongue and pulling, old-man-against-leopard style.

"Take... this... you damn dirty wolf!"

OG: My,so suspicious. *Smiles* I mearly wish to talk. Now, I hear you young men are on your way to defeat the evil ones here. Is that true?

(He's wearing his new Alchemage Armour [with some changes---for details see page 120] and has a force-field bubble surrounding him, which contracts if anybody gets to close to it.)

He beckons to Jeremiah and Anthony.

They need time to swap notes from since they were all seperated. And to discuss what the Thousands Master wants with them, too.

All the while keeping an eye on their new "friend".

Even if he was an ally this gentlemen didn't have his trust. Yet.

Whoever he was he was powerful enough to teleport him from God knows where. That kind of power wouldn't have gone unnoticed by the Thousands Master.

He sighed. Whatever was going on with this place bothered him. Erik was sure if he ever found out what the master villain was up to he wouldn't like it.

And if the elderly man in front of him was apart of it he didn't like the thought of facing him.

It comes off,and the wolf howls in pain and rage. It backs up slightly so it can regen it's tounge.

Erik immediately covered his entirely body with the thin force-field (yet somehow he could breath--comic logic), then rebuilt his Magna Armour over it. That way the magician won't try any tricks inside his armour again.

The spinning saw touched the finger, and immediately bit deeply into it - only to get stuck as the material turned into a viscous goo. While Eric still pondered this, his armor turned into water. Again. Then the hand formed into a strange psoition with index finger and thumb close together, and the other fingers held up wide.
As soon as the Magnus recognised it, the index finger lashed out with blinding speed, flicking him away into a hole that suddenly appeared in mid-air. Before he knew what was happening, he landed in between his two companions. A split second later, a dark cloak fell out of the hole, falling on him and covering him up before anybody could catch more than a glimpse.

OT: You are dumped at the same location as your two companions are at, and you gain a copy of the Alchemage's armour. The heavy dark cloak protects from electricity, the mask works like a breath-mask and its tinted glasses protect from hypnosis effects. The armour itself is made from a strange, unnatural material that can take a lot of damage despite being as stretchable as rubber.

And the best part, of course, is that you get to look cool like the Alchemage! :D

"Yes, more than one. I killed a foppish parasite with a magic ring, and a blond japanese bloke whose brains I ended up eating. Oh yes, there was a flaming fox with many tails(and let me tell you, he looked nothing like a Pokemon!) and a Ferret with a scythe and eyepatch. All in all, it seemed a lot like my last blind date."

Using the scant amount of time that bought me, I stick the tongue in a pocket and rub the last of my healing herbs onto my wounds, wincing at the pain. Then, I load two of my uber-bullets into my gun, and again leap up to grab the wolve's jaw, sticking the barrel in its face.

"Now listen. See that bullet I just loaded? It's more than enough to take your head off in one shot, so I'd just quiet down." I say, broadcasting a low-key, unobtrusive loyalty influence.

Slowly stepping up the pressure on the loyalty, I begin locking it in, making sure that the lower, base levels are all there to build on.

"Turn around." I say, putting every ounce of command into my voice as I can muster. "Put your back to him."

Raising my voice so it would travel farther, I call to Mule: "Get up higher! Get up in the treetops!"

The NM flies to you, dodging the spear and snow. When he gets to you, he engages you in hand to hand. His speed then seems to tripple. He then hits you over a hundred times in less then a second. He then grabs you by the neck,and slams you *through' a nearby oak tree.

From behind the dueling enemies Erik (not directly but from behind them) gliding four feet from the ground itself, being careful to stay out of the mage's nullfield, and throws lightning near, but behind, Zoul. Making sure Anthony isn't close enough to get hit by the blast.

OT:

Off-screen Erik has made some subtle changes to his appearance for this fight. 1) He has withdrawn both cloaks into the armour's interior, 2) he had covered the armour in ferrous material the same thickness as the Magna Armour to enhance his armour's durability (it looks the same as the Alchemage's armour and it moves like the Magna Armour), 3) the covering has large single spikes at his elbows and ankles/his right gauntlet has two lines of small spikes that go down from below his wrist to the crease in his arm (opposite his elbow on the other side) with three 12 inch blades jutting from his knuckles (ala Wolverine) while his left arm has an external shield (rectangle shaped) startiing at his wrist and ending just before his elbow that is as thick as a knight soldier's shell. The shield is bonded to the external armour, so he can't drop it and Zoul can't steal it!

The tips of his boots end in sharp spikes, too.

My lodestone can transform elements at range. Adamantium is an element that's present in our current setting(as shown by your staff and Anthony's spear). Ergo, I can transform things into adamantium, as long as they aren't organic.

Just use you powers to generate secondary physical effects that his null-field wont have any effect on. For example rubbing things together quickly to generate real electricity. Or make a big nasty dust cloud filled with sharp things. :D

9.8 meters equals over 35 feet per second. It was feet above him, meaning it took half a second to hit him. And keep in mind gravity accelerates, hence the squared.

Feh. Everything but my hand is underground(and quite a bit so, seeing as I elongated my plant-hand out of the ground). So my hand gets scorched off. Oh well.

And don't wory, you guys. I can heal you up fairly easily.
