I haven't really heard anything about this series before now, it looks pretty good but. Do you have any idea whether it will be put into a trade?
Nice avatar by the way.

The fourth issue was really good. I just hope we get the next issue in a shorter time frame than the last one.

Luke Ross will be finishing up the last few pages of issue #5 this week, then it's just a matter of coloring, production and printing. Sometimes that takes longer than expected, though. As soon as I have a release date, I'll post it.
Between Luke's illness, and him needing to start on Jonah Hex sooner than expected, we've gotten off schedule on this one, and I apologize. We'll definitely be way ahead of schedule on the next Samurai project. Oops, did I say "next Samurai project"? I don't think I was supposed to say that...
And yes, there will be a trade paperback of this first mini. We're putting it together right now, adding pages for a sketchbook section of Luke's stuff, and a pin-up gallery with pieces by Jim Starlin, Greg Land, Cully Hamner, Rafael Kayanan, Keu Cha, Lee Moder, Adriana Melo, Dub of Grafiksismik, and a few others. Gonna be a nice package.

Illness? :(
Is he ok?
Ah, so he's the one doing the Jonah Hex series. I just noticed it in a recent Previews Catalog. Looks interesting.

Luke had a battle with toxoplasmosis, but he's fine now. Thanks for your concern.

Looked it up on the web...yikes, sounds icky. Glad he's better though.

Great series. And the waiting....ah, I can live with it, this really is awesome stuff. Nice to hear more will be coming our way.
And I wasn't planning on picking up Jonah Hex, but when I saw Luke Ross would do the art and the preview pages in Previews I changed my mind right away, really digging his work.

I was wondering about that. I keep checking Amazon.com hoping it'll be available.

The trade is definitely still happening, and I'm almost certain it will be available from Amazon when it's released.
I don't have a firm release date yet, but I'll post it as soon as it's confirmed.
