What's gonna happen with Cecelia

Cecelia Reyes is in Neverland at the moment.

She had a flirtation with Beast and has been seen in the The End books.
Also it's been mentioned her father is gonna try to find out what happend to Cecilia in one of the books this year.

What do think or hope the faith of Cecilia will be?

I personally think and really hope I'm right on this, that she will be found back. Claremont seems to like her according to a responces I saw in other threads. Also she was in the End series, so there must be plans for her. That's why I think she will be back and become a regulair cast member of one of the teams. I think they will be mixing up the teams a bit anyway after HoM.

According to a post by Claremont, he has a post-HoM story with Cecelia Reyes in the spotlight. I believe that she will be a supporting cast character in Uncanny X-Men. At least temporarily.

I hope this happens. I prefer Cecelia as a supporting cast character instead of an X-Man that goes on missions and all that.

Hopefully she will become a member of one of the core teams (Astonishing, Uncanny or adjectiveless.) In the short time we got to know her, her character impressed and intriuged me. I like having a member of the team who would actually prefer not to be on the team, but is there because they have to be. It's a great foil to some of the "lifers" like Cyclops, Storm or Wolverine.

Thought she bonded best with Beast and Iceman, but I don't think she'd fit in with Astonishing. Most of the characters she knows are Uncanny, even if she didn't get along with them as much. Personally would love to see her in Milligan's run.

Well she became a doctor because of her fathers death.

CC has a story planned where her father comes to find Cece and asks the X-Men to help. I figure this father that is looking for her is her biological father and the man who died was her adoptive father.

Well since Cecilia is going to be in X3 i bet we will see her joining one of the teams again soon.

I thought the same thing. My guess would be she's the surprise member for Uncanny. I think she would fit better there, even though she had sparks with Bobby in OZT.

Because she really doesn't want to be on the team, has little to no combat experience, and a defensive power (though her spikes are deadly, yes), she would be wonderful as a major side character, stationed at the mansion. Like Forge with the tech side... which would be an interesting romance, if Beast doesn't work out for her.

Shes an excellent actress also.. X3 is shaping up to have some really high quality acting muscle. Strange that they picked Cecelia though out of all the x-charaters she is pretty obscure.

And seems like a strange mix with Beast/Angel/Kitty being added to x3 as well.

Shohreh Aghdashloo is playing Dr. Kavita Rao (the "Cure" doctor in Astonishing X-Men) in X-Men 3, not Cecilia Reyes. It's been reported that way in every source I've read. Google "Shohreh Aghdashloo X-Men", and it's all right there. Shohreh is about 30 years too old, and the wrong ethnicity to play Cecilia anyway. :)

Anyway, I think Cecilia will be brought back as a side-character. It WOULD be cool to see her brought back as an agent of Weapon X though, and see her powers take on that crazy offensive nature that they had when she was a Neo-maiming drug addict.

She's not... in the series it was obvious she was kept alive as she was useful and she appears in the Weapon X: Days of Future Now mini.

Now she may die in that mini but for atleast a month or two, she's alive. After that though, she could be dead in Neverland. :(

The actress herself has confirmed that she is not playing Kavita, and that she is playing Cecilia.
