Lockheed rocks. It is compulsory to agree with this. However, should the cute lil' scamp also become a part of the Ultimate universe?

He doesn't add that much to the normal universe. Let Ultimate Kitty be alone and keep anything Lockheed in 616.

I'd rather the UXM didn't get mixed up in outer space wars agains the brood, so if keeping things grounded and simple means no Lockheed, I'm willing to live with that.

But he at least deserves a nod. Kitty should have a stuffed dragon in her room named lockheed or something.

616 Kitty used to be SUPER annoying when she first went to Xavier's. Ultimate Kitty will probably mellow out as well. Or not. I actually kind of like her being uppity.

As much as I love Lockheed and as much as I pray to him because I am a member of the Way of the Lockheed religion, I think Ultimatizing him might ruin his character.

Perhaps he can be a purple mutant boy with wings and can fall in love with Kitty?

Ultimate Lockheed wouldn't necessarily have to be with Ultimate Kitty. He could be with another character, like Ultimate Nightcrawler.

Well, there was a savage land's little dino with Kitty when she was grounded in the black bird while Wolverine and Cyclops were in mission. You can see him when she's talking to Xavier. It's not really a dragon, and she didn't bring it home, but...

Ultimate X-men has heretofore remained under my radar, only catching glimpses in cross-overs. To Ultimize Lockheed, it seems to me that you would have to take away essential aspects to his character, but I can't say that I would care either way.

Ugh, no. I hate 616 nods in Ultimate, and BKV is notorious about jamming them into every issue. Like fighting "Brood" in the Danger Room, and Jean's "halloween costume." Right.

I don't really see a place for pet dragons in the Ultimate X-Men, as that whole line tends to be more grounded than the regular line.
