if i may id like to recamend a sweet book i picked up called emily the strange\

its really cool ive never read emily books before but i was able to jump in and enjoy all the cool charecters

its 7.95(holy crap)but worth every penny so check it out NOW if you like weird books like lenlore or any of jhohen vazquez sweet books what are you waiting for pick at a comic shops every where

I've seen and read the little hard cover book that's been out for a while. I've seen all the merchandize in Hot Topics across the country. I'm very disappointed with their first attempt at putting a book together. The art is lacking when compared to that found in the storybooks. I thought the layouts would have a much stronger design element to them considering the care they've put into their other ventures with this character. Just my opinion, to each his/her own.

really, I was expecting something.......different. it was kinda weird and yeah, the art could'a been better. trying to make sense of it was like reading a kabuki comic, which made my head hurt. a bit fun and quirky at times, it's a strange read indeed.
