My local comic book store is about to go out of business and the next closest one is the hole in the wall with employees that would make Comicbook Store Guy proud, so trying to find an online store that does subscriptions pulls that easily allows additions and subtractions and of course discounts.
I currently use DCBS for bigger ticket items like hardcovers but they are not really set up for ongoing pulls. They are just basically the entire previews catalog online with good deals. No complaints on that but just setting a list of pulls and only remembering it when making changes, just like a real store, is more of what I am looking for. So any suggestions would be appreciated. Stories of your experiences with them, good and bad is even better.

Whenever a thread like this is made, this website is always mentioned.

I've never gotten anything from them, but they seem to be really good and always make up for any mistakes they make.

I believe that DCBS will do a pull list for you...it's probably not as straightforward as you're looking for.
Mailordercomics has good pricing and the books arrive in great condition.

I buy from East Coast Comics (eastcoastcomics.com). They have good discounts and low shipping rates. What they don't have is pulls - you just order what you want each week.
I'm not associated with the company other than as a long-time satisfied customer.

http://www.x-worldcomics.com/ is also good. I do have some association with the company but they are still good ;).

Any good Canadian ones, where the exchange rate won't be an issue and the shipping might cost a bit less?

For reasons that escape me, the Canadian sites that I have found (http://www.hillcity-comics.com/ - Thunder Bay, and another one in TBay that doesn't have much of a website but answers emails) have shipping rates (to Toronto) that are far higher than East Coast Comics's rates.

Dang, and I live in British Columbia too.
I usually get tpbs from www.amazon.ca or www.chapters.ca when I can, but they either take too long to ship, or the site's just don't have what I'm looking for.
