What Marvel titles are Hardcovered?

What Marvel titles are not traded, and probly will not be?

I am going to go to trades for convenience and this will help me. Thanks.

Offhand, I know of:

The entire Ultimate line (except Adventures/the 2 Elektra mini-series)
1602
Alias
Avengers Assemble
Best of Spider-man
Best of Wolverine
Captain America (one of the relaunches, think with John Cassaday on art)
Daredevil (some Smith/Mack, and everything with Bendis/Maleev)
Fantastic Four (with Waid/Wieringo)
Incredible Hulk (at least the Bruce Jones run, not sure who else)
Marvel Encyclopedia
Marvel Essentials (not sure about this one)
New X-Men
Origin
Powers (think it starts from the Icon run)
Punisher (starting from the Ennis/Dillon relaunch, and including Born)
Runaways
Supreme Power
Wolverine + Elektra: The Redeemer
X-Force/X-Statix

There's a ton more, but that's what comes to mind. A lot of them are out of print...

Edited: Added in the ones mentioned, up to my first reply.

IIRC, the Powers HC is the first part of the Image run. Bendis and Oeming own the property so there's no problem reprinting it via Icon.
Runaways, Vol.1! :D

There are also 2 volumes of Avengers Assemble, covering the Busiek/Perez run

3 volumes of "the best of Spider-Man" collecting JMS' run on Amazing and some various other stories.

One volume of "the best of Wolverine" featuring the Weapon X story as well as the Claremont/Miller miniseries.

There is a HC of Alias, collecting the first 11 or 12 issues of the series.

And also 2 or 3 volumes of the Waid/Weringo run of Fantastic Four.

As for trades, I think that Marvel probably has a trade out of EVERY series it's put out since 2001.

^ Good to know!

A bit OT, but whatever happened with the JLA/Avengers collected edition? I know DC released it, but why doesn't Marvel get to share in those publishing rights?

Oh really? Bleh, I got the first 3 trades...hate to have a redundancy. Who am I kidding, I'll still buy it.

Oh RIGHT! I actually meant to pick Runaways up, glad you reminded us.

There is no guarantee (almost anyway) on what gets the trade/HC treatment. Something like Astonishing X-Men is a no brainer... but a great, but lesser selling title like Runaways might not and you would REALLY be missing out! Support the monthlies!!!! It helps the little books keep on going.

Is there any difference between Hardcovers and TPB's?Do they have the exact same material in them or does one have more then the other?I was just curious because I was thinking of picking up part 1 of Captain America:The Winter Soldier. Its out in hardcover but not in TPB yet as far as I know.

Usually the hardcovers give you a bit more bang for your buck with the extras and bigger format/better quality paper but there are also a good amount of softcover editions that have the same content like 1602, Phoenix Endsong and maybe Origin.

The Jeph Loeb/Tim Sale color HC books usually have more content too than the SC stuff.

My first HC was Mark Millarīs entire run on Marvel Knights: Spider-man. Itīs a brilliant read.

That will be out in TPB on March 1st according to the marvel website, which I'll be picking up as well.

The MK-Daredevil-HCs are great. Maleevīs art is second to none (IMO) and to see it oversized is really a thrill.
