I don't think Black Adam is really that sneaky. Not that he isn't smart, I just think he'd consider it beneath him.

My own preference would be for Mockingbird to be Prometheus (the cool, Grant Morrison version, obviously.)

I think that he (Adam) would consider Lex's methods beneath him, and he has said as much in the mini.
