I could've sworn I saw the solicits that mentioned it would be out this past Wednesday...but I didn't find it anywhere...

It got pushed back a week. As KelvinGreen mentioned, it will be out next week--and you can see the First Look for it at Milehighcomics, Buzzscope and ComicsContinuum.

It's out but I'll be damed if I understood it. Fabian is one of my favorite authors and Genis always good but for those of us avoiding House of M should avoid this issue as it makes no sense. This issue isn't like Cable and Deadpool where you did not need to know about House of M in order to understand and enjoy the book.

I disgaree. I think the recap page summed up pretty well everything you need to know going in. Aside from Carol Danvers, none of the other characters appearing in this issue are in the rest of House of M, so Fabian told us everything we needed to know about them in this issue.
