Kit was supposed to be spending the day today with her father in Chicago at the Con. Last week when he took her on visitation, he told her to tell me that he had tickets for the Con for today & that I had "better not try to interfere" with him taking her. No matter that Sunday is his scheduled day for visitation. He also told her that he would be by to pick her up at 7:30, 8:00 at the very latest.
She got up at 6:00 this morning, got all costumed up & was outside waiting for him at 7:30. At 8:30 she comes back into the house very upset. He never showed & didn't bother to call to say why. She has no way to contact him except via email.
It's incidents like this that make me want to just wring his neck. Oh, & I'm going to be at work until 7:00 tonight, so don't take my silence to any replies as anything other than my not being online.
