i apologize if this is a well known fact that i am not aware of because i never really followed wwf/e very closely. i know there was the "Chuck and Billy" thing, but is he gay for real? what's the deal with the hair and tying off his shirt to show his stomach?
while i am thinking about it, what about Saturn? i remember back in WCW when he lost that match and had to start wearing dresses...then he won a match that allowed him to stop, and he kept wearing them.

i don't think either is really gay, but who knows, maybe billy gunn but i doubt saturn.
Monty Sopp (aka Billy Gunn & Kip James) may be, that rumour has been flying around for a while now.
Saturn almost certainly isn't.

most Transvestites are straight. . wearing a dress is NOT an indicator of one being gay.
having sex with someone of the same sex, or being physically attracted to a member of the same sex WOULD be an indicator of one being gay.

i know that, but if he was hanging out with other transvestites or if they offered some explanation (plot wise), i might never have thought anything of it, but it just seemed a bit out of place.

Sopp isn't gay, as far as I know. He is married (to a girl) and has children.

One way or another, when you work in a business where sweaty, greased up men grab at each other in their underwear, you better be damned sure of your sexuality.

He might be gay-for-push though. He wouldn't be the first wrestler to take one for a character push. :o

Sopp Isn't gay as far as I remember him telling In an interview. Sopp took a lotta heat for his attitude In the WWE at the end. But jesus..can you blame him ? He went from being a funny charactor named " Mr.Ass " who bragged about his love of womens asses to a gay guy.
GLAAD pretty much went off when they realized that Sopp & Palumbo weren't gay. The head of GLAAD went on a TV Talk show and handed Palumbo and Sopp some kind of Dish to celebrate thier upcoming friendship ceremony.
Of course which begs the question......If ya know Wrestling Is fake, why would you even remotely believe this ? GLAAD last I heard wanted the gift back.

I remember a press release from the WWE where they "pointed out" that Billy and Chuck were straight.

I don't think he ever loved women's asses. He loved his own ass. Keep in mind, he went from Bad Ass Billy Gunn, to Mr. Ass.
Although damn, after he won King of the Ring, I wish they would have called him King Ass. Or at least the Ass King.
