This would have been a totally awesome Spider-Woman storyline with the Gypsy Moth at her side.
Cover is after Chris Bachalo.

The sad thing is the Double Page spread is the skrull down loading Jessica's memories. Notice the poiting ears of the woman's head behind Spider-Woman. Here are two more additional pages where she gets switched out..... I'm very depressed. http://comics.ign.com/articles/873/873035p1.html

Don't be! Spider-Woman's importance in the Marvel U is being solidified by the fact that the Skrull Queen sees Drew as her key to ruling Earth.
I'd say it's a huge compliment.

Nothiing in any of those pics is clear "evidence" that Jessica was switched.
I don't see the "pointy" ears, being as they are covered by the face of Werewolf By Night.
And how do we know that those pages are not just a flashback of the EMpress scheming and observing scenes from Jessica's past and from her recent history?

Hey guys, here's another variant/reimagining I had fun putting together.
In this story, Spider-Woman has memory flashbacks that she cannot explain. Is it the memory implants from Hydra? As she searches for the truth, she uncovers that the information about her past that she obtained from Magnus and Modred the Mystic may have been manipulated by Chton. Spider-Woman journeys back to Wundagore Mountain and reunites with the New Men and the High Evolutionary. She confronts the High Evolutionary about her real past. Also, Lycrus is troubled about Jessica's return and turns the New Men against her. Cover is after David Finch.

ArachneSF, any chance of seeing a re-imaging of Web of Spider-Man #32?
I just might do all six parts, we'll see. But surely this would have been a great Spider-Woman story. Here is a link to the variant/reimagining storyline (http://variant-edition.com/VESplash/Splash-SW103.htm).

So cool!
I recently picked up the Essential Spider-Woman collection and realized her past involved a lot of magic. Calypso would fit into SW's mythos perfectly. I'd love to see a Calypso/Spider-Woman face-off. Rumors suggest the next big Marvel crossover might be a magic event so this could happen!

Somewhat literal in this sketch but the sword she carries represents the her new position in the Marvel U or the new direction she is going.
The cover is after the late/great Mike Turner.

Gemini, that's a great piece.
Just finished a commission featuring SW as part of the X-Femme Fatale.
This would have been a great alternate to the Bounty Hunter direction. Maybe with Spider-Woman: Agent of SWORD it might happen. Cover is after the late Dave Cockrum.

Don't worry, I'll do better justice to her soon. =]

i think it is so ridiculous when people draw her belly button on her costume. it is so tight, that it goes inside her navel?
its like everyone realized wow that b character spider women's costume is kinda centered around her boobs, lets make her popular.
i like the idea of her character but she is quickly becoming the next black cat

"To Know Her Is To Fear Her"? Yep, I agree it was a nice tagline that fit the character well, not because she was feared like Batman, but because of her pheromones. It was clever.
I'm not sold on Bendis' new SW book yet, hopefully he can make her evolve beyond the typical "gloomy, self-destructive hero" archetype he's turned her into...

With the new Spider-Woman Series ending, I though I finish some sketches I started last fall. It would have been interesting to see a Dark Reign Spider-Woman arc or Spider-Woman in the Dark Avengers. The symbiote merging with Jessica Drew.
