Interesting issue.

We seem to be losing Leslie. Not that I am surprised by that happening.

Another mystery on our hands, is thhe disfigured bald guy Black Mask? Attempting to set Batman up.

That and return of the Joker. Who apparently knows who Batman is now.

How did Batman pull that eye out of the chicks head?

I know we are probably very tired of War Games but it has to finish totally sometime.

Well, I never really liked Leslie, so if she is the longstanding Bat-character that we lose, I wont mind.

On a side note, Joker is back, and looks pretty good after being beaten senseless by the Red Hood with a crowbar. And yes, the last page is what it is, but let me say that it is a bit misleading. My guesses, coupled with the preview pages from next weeks issue, make me believe that Joker knows who Batman is, but which Batman he is speaking about is the mystery ;) .

And while Aaron Black may be Black Mask, I really think that is a bit obvious, and am leaning a little more towards...

Didn't the chick have a fake eye or some sort of pouch and Batman just pulled it out? If Aaron Black is Black Mask I'll be dissapointed.

The Russian chick does have a fake eye, that's how Batman removed it. I'm thinking him coming after Batman now is a direct result of Jason kicking the crap out of him. Memory is a slippery thing, especially with someone like the Joker (note his comment in "The Killing Joke" about how he remembers his 'origin' differently each time). In "A Death in the Family," when he killed Jason, there was a part at the end where the Joker stared at Bruce Wayne and laughed histerically ... as if he knew it was really Batman. Getting pummeled in a somewhat familiar way by someone who "may" be familiar (depending on whether or not he recognized Jason as the Robin he "killed") may have jerked out the memories of what he did know. Or maybe he just finally decided to make do on what he does know (after all, he never cared about Bruce Wayne ... only Batman. And without Batman, Joker is nothing).

Plus one more thing whoever sent batman the tape knew a lot about steph. makes me wonder who knows a lot about steph. If u think about it only a couple of people really knew. Hush knows everything. Cluemaster knows everything but didn't he get killed over in ID? Ras knows everything but hes not around anymore. So how does the tape arron black and joker have in common? The more i think about it the more it drives me insane! The tape was sent for a trap for batman less is missing with all her stuff gone and arron black and joker are in the same place at the same time with a gun at batmans head. Hm....the clues are there but how do they fit.

One more thing batman says his face his voice somethings differnt and when he jumps him when hes getting into his car he says i know who u really are. So it shows that its not arron black so why is joker hanging out with him and in batman 644 i think it is why does batman have to fight joker and black mask? Whos on the cover of tec 810?
