GOP Favors NRA over National Defense

Steven, the hypocrisy continues. The so-called "tough on terror" right is putting off work on the National Defense bill to throw a bone to one of their biggest monetary supporters, the NRA. No matter where you stand on gun control, this stinks. Google GOP NRA for details, or here's a link to the Reuters story:

Thanks for the link, but I have to close this because the rule I had to put into effect was that only issues discussed in the column get discussed here. It was just getting too far out of hand leaving it free form.

But maybe I'll run with this next week.
