I don't know for a comic but in Superman:TAS there is an episode that Bruce Wayne was missing and Robin,to hide that Batman is missing,tells Superman to wear Batman's costume.Gordon calls with the Bat-signal Batman and Robin and start to talk to Superman(Gordon doesn't know that Bats is Superman)

Gordon:You look a bit strange and you are now more tall.Anyway i want to see what's happening with Bane.
Batman/Superman:.....
Robin:Ehh,you know....Bane....
Superman:Ahhh,Bane...
