Why oh why did they have to quit making the game!? It was looking so sweet!!

Sweet? The screenshots I saw looked terrible. World of Warcraft, even with it's cartoony and sometimes caricatured characters and low system requirements, was light years ahead of it.

They did it pick up again.
IIRC its currently again in development.

They didn't look bad to me. They looked on par with Everquest 2.
