As indicated by the upcoming four-part "War Games" follow up in August, a long-standing member of the "Bat titles" will be gone. Whether this means they're leaving or kicking the bucket remains to be seen (although when they have it so the story is advertised as Joker's return ... it generally means someone's going to die).
I figure it's not Black Mask since we still see him in later solicitations as the leader of the Gotham crime scene. Later solicitations still have Alfred around, so it wouldn't be him. Obviously it wouldn't be Nightwing, Robin, etc.
My guess is Leslie Tompkins. She's usually only paraded out for every other story in Catwoman, or for the major events in the Bat stories to remind Batman "not to go over the edge" ... I have a feeling since she played a heavy part in War Games, and in trying to save Stephanie's life that something will go on with her this time. Whether or not this means she's leaving or getting the Joker's "punch line" remains to be seen.

I still think the mystery person is Deathstroke.

Maybe it will be the Joker himself.

My own speculation (possible spoilers) follows.
I believe that the person on the cover of Detective Comics #810 is the not-so-dead Cluemaster, Spoiler's father. From what I have gathered in interviews about "War Crimes" so far, Cluemaster will appear on Arturo Rodriguez's talk show and publicly reveal that his daughter was Spoiler and Robin IV. He will blame Batman for her death. Arturo will then launch a news investigation into the role Batman played in Stephanie's death (as previewed in the Batman Allies Secret Files). The "one of Batman's former supporters who is out to tear him apart" mentioned in the solicitation to Tec #809 is, I believe, Arturo. As to which long-standing member of the Bat-titles will be gone after "War Crimes," I don't know. I doubt it is Alfred, though, because that has already been done twice.
