Ultimate Mimic?

I have a soft spot for a character and if ever there was a man who needed a new start free of continuity, it's poor Mimic. Winick did give it a go though in Exiles and made a decent stab of it.

Lobdell & Loeb's Onslaught transformed the guy into some wildman...haven't seen him since in 616.

[The Lucky One]

He's been seen a few times since Onslaught. He was recruited into the new Brotherhood of Mutants by Toad (despite not being a mutant) when they were being hunted by the sentient Cerebro. He stayed with them for a while, then was captured on a mission to catch X-51, and in prison Val Cooper offered to pardon him in exchange for an unspecified favor. When next seen he was with the Brotherhood again, when the High Evolutionary's anti-mutation wave wiped out the genetic templates of the 6 original X-Men from his body. He hasn't been seen since, though since Rogue regained her powers afterward, Mimic probably did too.
