I dunno... pacing's such an idiosyncratic thing I'm not sure there's even general commentary to be made on it... I'll think about it...

The big Rule I know of is that ALL plots must contain character introduction, conflict, and resolution. Shortchange or ignore any of those and the results will feel unfinished.
