That was alluded to in Countdown, then stolen by the Red Hood (Jason Todd).
I know Batman got it back in Batman 638. Has it ever said where Bruce put it?
I would think that Max would know where it is, if not access to it. He would be stupid to screw with Clark and not have K at his disposal or know where he could find it.

yea, I also wondered the same thing. But you know more about it than me cause I didn't even know Bruce got it back. And since I haven't been upt to speed on Batman. Could someone tell me why Red Hood wanted it? I don't see him fighting Superman anytime soon.

I can't answer your question totally. Well, he was holding it for ransom basically so he could force Black Mask to pay him A LOT of money to get it back. I can't remember how much I would have to look at the issue again to find out what they agreed to.
How Jason returned to the living is still sketchy. I don't think he is going up against big blue anytime soon either.
More information is needed on Jason's return to make any good guesses on what he was doing with the K.

well there is a whole lot of Kryptonite on earth now because of the K-meteor, Luthor probalby has tons of the stuff,
As for what Batman did with it he prolly disposed of it, he already should have enough K for his own usage already

When was this established? And how long has that suit been in existance?
I first noticed it in the first few issues of Identity Crisis, as an object of desire that factions were bartering, bickering for... but I'd still like to know how it got there...and where it's gone from there. Didn't Ralph have it when he got the phone call?

I bet they both do. But how could Bruce get rid of 100 pounds of K without Max knowing what he did with it?

As recently as the Outsiders/TT crossover, he brought Superboy to his knees when Conner started to rip his suit apart.
Dunno where he went after that crossover.

I've wondered why Luthor's armor was presented at the start of Identity Crisis. They never really did anything with it.
actually if i can pick up the peices:
under the hood:
the k is stolen by jason then retreived by batman
its subcontracted to Kord (tho its already had its hostile takeover)
countdown:
during the chapter where ted goes to bruce, we already know that red hoods on the out and about because bruce is looking at an article in regards to it.
the next chapter reveals that its been stolen again.
in germany we find checkmate-max, aa german comany took Kord over.
so by default im guessing max has the K

Yes they did in a issue of Teen Titans. Luthor hired some people to get it form the two duded who shot bolt.

You have the order incorrect. In Countdown to Infinite Crisis, Ted Kord states he was subcontracted by the government to pick up the pieces of Kryptonite that were left over because of the meteor, and that the crate full of it was stolen. It is a safe bet to assume this crate is the one that Jason Todd as the Red Hood is ransoming off to Black Mask, who stole it in the first place because it was taken from one of his deliveries (that and an Amazo android). I'm sure Black Mask was doing it for Luthor (though not stated WHY he needed it). Then Batman recovers it (I don't remember that but will look back on it), and that's the last we hear of it.
It's probably in the Batcave :p
