1) Most impressive feat of Superstrength?
I'd say when the Hulk tossed that tank over that mountain. Next comes Superman lifting up the entire ground that held a bridge. Then Spiderman stopping that train.
2) Most realistically done Powers feat ?
Spiderman climbing up walls. Next comes Superman flying. Then Nightcrawler teleporting.
3) Most imaginative use of a Superpower?
Superman turning back time by flying at super speeds against the earth's rotation. Next is when Spawn used his chain as a saw(no pun intended). Then is when the Human Torch made a four in sky.
4) Moment that made you say "I wish I could do that?"
When Superman flew cross Metropolis. Second is when Spiderman made Bonesaw his b****. Third is when the Dash ran across the water andbeat the crud out of that soldier.
5) Most impressive scene involving Superpower use overall?
Gonna have to say Superman turning back time with super speed.
6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie".
Captain America tossing that shield that looks like a frisby. Also, Catwoman flailing around until she landed on the floor.

6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie".
Don't know what a "Razzie" is.
"Razzies" are the Oscars of Crap. Catwoman won an award the time it was on.

Razzies are the the opposite of Academy Awards. They are awarded for bad performances, writing, poor effects,etc.. Halle Berry won one for her work in Catwoman and Madonna won one for Die another Day...

What movie superheroic feats stand out the most in the following categories...
1) Most impressive feat of Superstrength?
I thought the Thing stopping the semi was one of the more visually impressive feats of superstrength in recent movies.
Personally, I liked Mr. Incredible's workout reps with the train cars.
2) Most realistically done Powers feat ?
Bobby creating the ice wall between Logan and Stryker via conduction (along mansion wall) in X-2.
A good contender is Samuel Jackson's ice-man needing a drink of water to recharge his cold control powers.
3) Most imaginative use of a Superpower?
Storm breaking Jason's illusion by freezing the mastermind out with a blizzard, also from X-Men 2.
4) Moment that made you say "I wish I could do that?"
Too many to count :D
5) Most impressive scene involving Superpower use overall?
I always enjoy the chase scene in X-2 between the Blackbird and the USAF jets. Storm's gauntlet of twisters combined with Jean's deflection of the first missile just seem too cool to me :D
6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie".
In terms of just raw strength- Superman moving the freakin' moon in "Superman IV: The Quest For Peace" Nothing else even close to it.
Dramatically speaking: Spidey stopping the train in Spider-Man 2.
2) Most realistically done Powers feat ?
That kid in X2 with the mutant toungue that would flick out. I supposse something like that could really happen.
3) Most imaginative use of a Superpower?
Superman turning back time, I guess.
4) Moment that made you say "I wish I could do that?"
Bullseye shutting up the passenger next to him with a peanut. :evilsmile

Spidey vs. Doc Ock on the train, or Nightcrawler teleporting around the White House.
6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie".
David "Absorbing Man" Banner having a freak out and and turning into lightning bolts and a pile of rocks for the (anti)climatic fight against the Hulk.

To answer my own question...
With all of the Superheroes now off the tube and on the big screen,do you have an opinion about what really grabbed your attention the most?
What movie superheroic feats stand out the most in the following categories...
1) Most impressive feat of Superstrength? Dramatically, when Mr. Incredible shoulder-slammed the Omnidroid from the office building. Superman lifting the fault-line in Superman the Movie, The Thing pulling the fire truck onto the bridge.
2) Most realistically done Powers feat ? Spiderman, when he first tested the organic webshooters. (there was a feel of power in the shot, like a can of silly string set for,"overdrive") Supermans flying (I and II only!), Hulk withstanding gunfire.(because of the way they showed the bullets making indentations in his body before bouncing off.)
3) Most imaginative use of a Superpower? Daredevil, timing the snipers bullet to go through Bullseye's hands. Daredevil using the rain to "see" Elektra's face. Hellboy using the third rail to fry both Sammael and himself.("I'm fireproof, you ain't!") Not that I've been paying undue attention to the Men in Red... :D
4) Moment that made you say "I wish I could do that?" Superman in flight, especially when the John Williams score kicks in. From The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, the fight in Dorian Grey's library, just cause I wanted to kick tail alongside them. Wolverine in X2,when he got back up -after being shot in the noggin.
Honorable mention; Bruce Willis in "Unbreakable",when he faced the killer...
5) Most impressive scene involving Superpower use overall? X-Men ,the standoff at the station between Professor Xavier and Magneto. The train fight scene in Spider-Man 2. In "L.X.G.,the fight between Mr.Hyde and that mercenary who took the whole bottle of Mr. Hyde formula. Nightcrawler in the White House in "X2".
6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie". The infamous "cellophane S" from Superman II, the Batarang from "Batman Returns" that had the instructions on who to hit programmed into it.

6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie".
The little finger beams Zod had in Superman II. Lame!

What movie superheroic feats stand out the most in the following categories...
1) Most impressive feat of Superstrength?
i'd say Superman holding up a chunk of the San Andreas Fault in the first Superman movie, or moving the moon in Superman IV.
2) Most realistically done Powers feat ?
the movie Unbreakable dealt with superpowers very realistically, but that was kind of the point of the whole thing. the Incredibles did this too, showing that superheroes still need to work out to maintain their physiques and recharge their powers. as far as looking real on the screen, most of the modern movies have done this really well, Spider-Man 2 and X2 especially. also, for a 27 year old film the flying scenes in the first Superman still hold up remarkably well.
3) Most imaginative use of a Superpower?
Superman going back in time to stop that second missle i guess. Professor X using his mental abilities to take control of Sabertooth and attack Magneto was pretty cool too.
4) Moment that made you say "I wish I could do that?"
most of the superfeats in the Superman movies as well as the Spider-Man films. also when Colossus turns to metal in X2.
5) Most impressive scene involving Superpower use overall?
the helicopter rescue and the going back in time to rescue lois were both great. i also thought that Spider-Man's swings through New York in Spider-Man 2 were spectacular.
6) Any superpower event deserving of a "Razzie".
the super speed run through smallville in Superman: The Movie looked bad, the Great Wall rebuilding vision in Superman IV too. also the sky surfing and hockey fights in Batman and Robin were pretty craptacular.

The "Matrix orgasm" in THE MATRIX RELOADED.
4) Moment that made you say "I wish I could do that?"
The Hulk's strength & Logan's claws.

Neo's flight to save Trinity in RELOADED, Superman reversing the Earth's spin, Nightcrawler's attack on the White House, Logan goes berserk on the soldiers in X2.
