I've been told Samurai: Heaven and Earth #4 will be in stores on 8/3. Thanks for everyone's patience while we got this one finished ... and finished right. Hope you'll think the wait was worth it.
In the near future I'll try to post some details on the forthcoming Samurai collection, which was solicited by Dark Horse, but with some incorrect information. But suffice to say that we're going to do everything we can to make it a worthwhile collection, with some nice extras.

Yay! An actual release date.
Hey at least you are trying to get the book out. I think you are quite a long ways from being compared to that hack Kevin Smith.
Can't wait for Issue 4. Although I'm sure you'll post previews that will entice me to try and see it, but I shall overcome temptation with my Super Willpower.

Oops, just got a REVISED ship date from Dark House. Don't know why, but we'll now be in stores on 8/10.

By the way, how did the first three issues sell?
I hope they did well...

This has been one of my favorite books this year; I look forward to seeing it completed.

The first three issues sold well enough -- issue #1 went back to press for a second printing, in fact -- that we'll have some news about the future of Samurai to report soon. Draw you own conclusions for now...

Well, 8/3 came and went, and my local store didn't get the book. Was it delayed again, or did they simply not get their copies from the distributer?

Look up a few posts -- the ship date was revised to 8/10 literally a day after they told me 8/3. But I KNOW it's 8/10, because a copy just arrived here via Fed Ex yesterday.
