Spiderman Cover mix up?

Just looking cover to Spiderman Unlimited -

The inside titles say Cover Artists Salvador Larocca and Liquid!, but having seen it before i felt i had seen it somewhere else under the name of Gabriele Dell'Otto.
Looking through the art work in the current secret war series, i find the exact same piece in Secret War Book 4!!!
Whats going on???

Marvel's being really cheap, and using a pin-up by the popular artist of the Secret War as the cover to their worst-selling Spider-Man book. If Salvatore Laroca's credited as cover artist, that's just a bad typo.
