Master Bruce,

A package arrived this morning for you from the gentlemen that handle marketing and publicity for aspects of the Wayne estate. Enclosed you'll find the schedule for this year's San Diego convention wherein Wayne Enterprises and its subsidiaries Time Warner and DC Comics spend considerable time and effort ensuring the good people of the world don't take you for a nutter with a rubber fetish, but rather a good man performing a necessary service. As well you know, last summer's marketing initiative was highly successful, and I stress the importance of showing one of your myriad faces at some point during the weekend.

Presumption aside, I've taken the liberty of preparing a basic schedule for you. Please reply with your thoughts regarding the events and programs listed below at your earliest convenience and once finalized, I'll have the complete list uploaded into your PDA.

Alfred Pennyworth.”

It’s time for the San Diego Comic-Con and all the important comics luminaries will be in attendance - including the world’s greatest detective. Join the Dark Knight as he plans his no-holds-barred 2005 program schedule!

The enemy never sleeps. Neither does the comics industry. Let's get some licks in.

I dig this column, Neil. I have genuinely enjoyed each one.

I particularly liked "race they never encountered" joke.

I also liked the edgy humor regarding the Vertigo panel.

all in all, very good stuff.
