I haven't read the comic in awhile so I dont know if this ever happened or not.

Has the Birds of Prey ever encountered or fought The Joker?

They're all had encounters with ol' green hair, but I don't whether they're fought him as a group.

I don't know if they fought him, but he is in Birds of Prey #16.

With the new villains popping up in Batman I wouldn't mind if Joker became a regular villain in BOP. If not him them maybe Harley Quinn.

It is a shame Poison Ivy is dead she and Harley would make a great team against the Birds.

I have no clue, I only knew that because the Mile High Comics website has previews of the a lot of the comics they sell.

In issue #15, Joker shows up on the last page, at the U.N. Then, in issue #16, Power Girl and Black Canary capture him from a limo, and Oracle interrogates him, talking to him through a glass barrier. In issue #17, Black Canary, Power Girl, and Oracle stop him from missiling NYC.

So, yes, they have fought him. And won. :)
