not being sarcastic but why are u eating cheerios? need more farmers,? eat some garden burgers with soybean , lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, sounds better. The Romans had it right eat decent and happiness follows. Veggies good, too much meat bad. Deer meat is good, taste like roast to me.

We had our annual induction dinner for the volunteer association at work that I'm in (They're called Elfuns, how cool is that?)
Anywho, we had this yummy chicken, and I can't remember what it was called, but basically, it was grilled chicken, and then was like, scrambled in an egg, almost like french toast only not sweet (of course). YUM YUM

ceviche is chopped up shrimp, cuecumber, tamatoe, onion, cilantro, alvacado, and somtimes crab meat, or you can get fish ceviche. you should try it, if you like seafood. i would recomend shrimp ceviche though

i wish that taco bell did that to me. the last 2 times i've had them this year (i havent had them for the 7 years previous to this year). i was constipated to the point i felt like i was going to explode; tossing my guts all over the bathroom floor.
it was easily one of the most horrible experiences of my life. only thing i can think that would mirror it would be childbirth; but being a man i cant comment on that.

Chicken Jambalaya
1 lb uncooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed.
3 cups fat-free chicken broth.
3/4 cups water.
1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice.
4 oz. reduced-fat smoked turkey sausage, diced.
1/2 cup celery w/ leaves, thinly sliced.
1/2 cup onion, chopped.
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped.
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning.
2 garlic gloves, minced.
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional).
1 bay leaf.
14 1/4oz can no-salt diced tomatoes, undrained.
1. In a large nonstick skillet, saute chicken 2-3 minutes.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Add sauted chicken (DON"T STIR).
4. Cover. Cook on high for six hours.
