I have a few weekly casts that I check and listen to at work.
They are:
TWiT (http://www.thisweekintech.com/) - Weekly tech news.
Diggnation (http://digg.com/) - Weekly podcast on the top stories on Digg.com.
Attack of the Podcast (http://kpereira.typepad.com/) - Infrequent podcast on tech and various things.
I also recommend Podcast Alley (http://www.podcastalley.com/index.php) for all the top rated casts.
So what do you listen to?

Check out Mark Kermode's Weekly Film reviews (http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/entertainment/kermode.shtml) over at the BBC website for some truly great film reviews. I don't always agree with his opinions but he knows his stuff and he is usally very entertaining, especially when he really rips into a movie he hates. You can download a podcast of his latest reviews (every Friday) or check out an archive of his reviews from the last two years or so in real audio format.

I can't stand listening to podcasts.
I'd rather read stuff than listen to it.
But I kinda like Diggnation...kinda

I agree, I've not heard the podcasts, but he's been around for years, and is well versed in film. The BBC showed an excellent hour long special interview he did with Spielberg a while ago. Fascinating.
I don't bother with podcasts much. The Ricky Gervais one was good when it was on though.

Retronauts, (retronauts.1up.com) a podcast about classic video games. I also listen to many of the various TWiT (twit.tv) podcasts, Macbreak Weekly being my favorite.

Yeah, I found that documentary on Youtube. Great stuff. And yes, I suppose living in the UK, it's much more likely that you would come across his reviews, docs, commentaries etc. Do you hear his reviews live on radio on Fridays?
Man, you guys are so lucky to have radio services that don't entirely suck!

I can't believe we're twelve posts into this thread and nobody's mentioned This American Life (http://www.thislife.org/). Definately my favorite.
I also like The Traneumentary (http://traneumentary.blogspot.com/) a podcast about the life and music of John Coltrane.
The Smodcast (http://www.quickstopentertainment.com/?p=4130) is fun. Better than any recent Kevin Smith movie for sure.
I also do the Onion's video podcast.

I generally only listen to entertainment related podcasts.

Each week there is a theme and they present a few stories on that theme. Real stories of real people from, well, American life. It's an NPR program that has become the #1 podcast on iTunes.

Wow, when I started this topic almost 2 years ago podcast was a relatively new term and the thread quickly died. But nowadays more than 1 out of 10 people actually know what podcast means and it's getting a little more attention.
My podcast listening has grown lots since then.
TWiT and Diggnation still. Buzz Out Loud, America the Green, PC Gamer, GFW and Gamers with Jobs.
Vidcasts include dl.tv, Crtl-Alt-Chicken, iFanboy, Indigital and PixelPerfect w/Bert Monroy.

On the official Battlestar Galactica site Ron Moore does a podcast/director's commentary for every episode. They're pretty good. The recording of the writers at work is particularly good.

I listen to Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour (http://www.woodsongs.com/wotrh.html) on a regular basis.
I also have recently gotten into the new Grateful Dead (http://dead.net/view/tapers) one. This one is very cool because:
In this space, every Monday, you will find information on the recorded history of the Grateful Dead’s music as it pertains to that week, specifically focusing on the shows for that week, through the band’s 30 year performing history, that reside in the Grateful Dead’s storied tape vault. Although not everything is in there, with more than 1,600 of the band’s 2,400-odd shows represented, there is plenty about which to talk. Check back weekly for new entries and insight into the vault, as well as exclusive audio clips relating to that week in the Grateful Dead’s recorded history.
