Does anyone know if Millar dislikes Rich Johnston at all? It seems whenever someone in the comic biz posts on the millarworld forums Millar always jokes around with them but never says anything to Johnston at all. I recall several times where Millar has said something and Johnston will usually reply to Millar's post and Millar hasn't ever replied to anything Johnston has said that I have seen recently at least. I recall a while back Millar was complaining about something Johnston said during LITG's rumour days as well on his board. Anybody know anything.
