Tombstone?
Those two british villans, Fog & something else? The guy turned into a suit of armor & had an adamantium sword on the back of his hands.
The Brothers' Grimm?
Paste Pot Pete?
Puma?
I haven't read Spidey in a while, but I know I haven't seen a lot of these C-rated loonies.

Paste Pot Pete changed his name to the Trapster (and still gets picked on for that old name.) he tends to bounce backa nd forth between ebing a total shmuck and being actually dangerous.
He tends to work with the Wizard against teh Fantastic Four.

Tombstone - reduced to a thug for rent, think he last appeared in ALIAS.
Knight & Fog - haven't been seen since they first showed up back in Spec #165-167, I think.
Brothers Grimm - don't recall seeing these two since the Acts of Vengeance. Before that they worked for the Shroud in his Night Shift (most of whom weren't aware that they were working for a hero)
Paste Pot Pete - like Alan2099 said, goes by the Trapster. Last seen being duped by the Wizard as part of the Frightful Four six months back. Apparently killed by Wizard, but he'll be back.
Puma -old Thomas Fireheart hasn't been seen for years. He reduced into an animal like state, but was brought back by Nocturne. Think he popped up in a Spider Man Unlimited issue after that, but nowhere else.

Actually Puma was in a couple of issues of Wolverine during the Bloodsport run/ He was still very animalistic, and did not really have all that large a role.
