Reed Richards is the obvious choice, though he's kinda not good at it, always going off and saving other dimensions.
At least he brings home toys. :D

I'm not very far along in my Fantastic Four reading, but from what I've seen, Reed Richards appears to be one of the most distinctly patriarchal characters in comic book history. Could he be the Atticus Finch of the Marvel Universe?

To his child that he abandond. That went into the future and now has returned older than him. And his other 2 children one from an alternate future and one that is is genetically his and from an alterante timeline and that Cyc probably doesn't even know is dead.

I think Luke Cage seems like he is into being a Dad, and that he is looking forward to it. The way he handled both Norman Osborn and the Purple Man when they threatened the lives of his girl and his unborn baby, he seems like a real Dad. So, for me it is Luke, and of course, Reed. Thunderstrike and Ant-Man II were good Dads too, but Luke and Reed edge them out just a little bit for me.

M2 universe Spider-Man?
I agree... both Peter and MJ make great parents. At first Peter wanted to protect his daughter and forbid her from being Spider-Girl but then he accepted his daugther's choices and encouraged her with training and such, still protecting her as well as he could.
He's a great dad, even if he does get out of changing Ben's diapers.

I'd say Cyclops, he always does what's best for his kids...minus that time he ran out on Maddie and Nathan but hey he saved his babies life and than went into the future, instead of sex on the honeymoon, for 12 years to raise him. Either that or Magneto, changing reality to make your daughter sane again is pretty good.

Frank Castle. The man had such love for his children thst when he lost them it drove him over the edge & caused him to wage a war on the criminal element. All this to try & ease the pain of loss he felt.

The Green Goblin.
The Green Goblin.
Oddly, that's a decent answer. Norman did care about Harry.
