I really liked the villain team-up in The Long Halloween. It only lasted a few pages but it was still really, really damn cool.

Harley and Ivy!

One team-up that I think would work really well: Ras and Ivy. Too bad they're both dead.

The Demon Laughs: Ra's Al Ghul and Joker. Very leath combo when they were able to work together.

Joel Schumacher and Akiva Goldsman. Though that was scary bad as they were real life villians of Batman.

The Demon Laughs: Ra's Al Ghul and Joker. Very leath combo when they were able to work together.
Sounds interesting. Was this a stand alone mini-series? Was this an arc in one of the regular monthlies? Where can I find this story?

I kinda liked that one teamup in Batman TAS with Bane, Riddler, and some other guy... can't remember... I think that Mad Hatter. Anyway they tried to take on Superman dressed up as Batman and got crushed.

There was a pretty good team up in Shadow of the Bat alittle after the Arkham story where three class b villians had a go at Batman. I think it was Catman, Calendar Man, and someone else. It was actually a pretty good story. I know it was few issues between SoB 6 to 10. Don't know exactly which one it was.

I believe the other characters were Killer Moth (before his Neron transformation) and a new character named Chance. It WAS a good story-- the idea that a group of nobodies could team up and nearly defeat Batman . . .

I think that the Joker and Harley Quinn make a really good team but I'm not to sure about scariest. I do know if it was gonna be scary it needs to have the Scarecrow in it and maybe Two-Face

I'm not totally sure this has happened, but Bane and the Joker. The carnage a Venom powered Joker could do would be unbelievable...
