From TV Tome:

The First, Part I:

David discovers the legend of another Hulk, and investigates in the hope of creating a cure for himself.

The First, Part II:

David's attempt at a cure is hindered by the other man's exposure to radiation, which revives the murderous Hulk persona the man was cured of many years before. Now, David must produce enough antidote to cure both himself and the other man before more carnage occurs.

Cool, so David is actually the second Hulk in that series...

This is all off the top of my head:

In the First, David discovers that another scientist accidentally created a Hulk. The difference was that the scientist didn't do it to himself. He did it to a friend. He found a cure relatively quickly, and kept it under wraps.

The scientist had since died, but the original Hulk was still alive. An old woman (I believe the scientist's wife) was also still alive. The Original was very old, and had crippling arthritis. He was also a very nasty man who missed the power.

So when he was "helping" David he used his access to the equipment to make himself into a Hulk again. It cured him of his arthritis, and he'd pick fights with people around town that he didn't like. When he was a Hulk he wasn't intelligent.

David found just enough of the cure to cure both of them. He didn't have time to analyze the contents, because the original Hulk was too dangerous. He captured the Original (with the help of the widow) while he was in human form. However, the Original hulked out & destroyed the cure before he could be injected.

It was a nice scene. Banner just started crying as he transformed into the Hulk. The police were drawn to the scene because of the destruction, and they shot the Original dead. The Original reverted into human form. The old woman protected Banner/Hulk from being shot, and he ran away.

Awesome! I'll keep my fingers crossed that Sci-Fi re-airs the series so that I can catch it. :)

It's rumored they might. It had good ratings when they first put it on.
